At 12:12 Dorothy & George Fryer & Ron Heyes in grace & love led a beautiful meditation… a wave of pure bliss touched each of us. The room filled with so much love in that moment – one – together in celebration – The Gong enfolding, cocooning all.

The most heartfelt thankyou goes out in endless flow to you all. Thankyou for sharing the celebration & thank you for your love, paitence & support.x..

The energy that you brough to our Cosmic Gathering, melding a catalyst that triggered openings to the love beauty & compassion that we all hold.

Cosmic!! What adventures we are all together having!!

What an amazing opening week we have had!  It began with big bunches of flowers & sunshine!

We’ve had the most wonderful support in so many ways on all levels!  The universe sure knows its stuff, were just so filled up with Joy & wonder at how fast this project has come together!! In just 40 days from walking into the building we now have a beautiful beacon, shining with so much love, knowledge & experience… The energy so high as we all together shine, bringing our journeys, a new, as one.

Stairway to Heaven

Through the Heart the rainbow bridge, through Venus, knowledge turns to wisdom…

What is your heart’s desire?

Don’t try to rationalise it. You will get caught in the lower mind of reason & justification, persuasion & dissuasion.

Through the heart itself, bring forth spiritual will (the higher mind strength).

On a subtle level, love is magnetic energy. Just like electrical current, learn to encourage its flow… the more love flowing through you, the more lovable to yourself & others you become.
It changes the cellular structure of your trillions of little cells… when the flow of this current builds the cells begin to radiate the magnetism.

The flow of love within you changes how you perceive you… and therefore how others perceive you.
The love current will allow you to define which desires are selfish & propagate separateness & which serve the greater good.

We must love ourselves ‘enough’ to love others… Yourself filled first… then radiating out to others… It comes from your magnetised centre.

Many of us in service who are so amazingly guided to give to humanity… but first, look are you loving you. Would you stop now…. immediately & attend to you, could you stop & drop everything else to nurture & feed the beauty of you. As you would for your child, your partner, your friend…
Sadly all too often we put this off, saying ‘later’, not understanding, in disregard of the consequence.

You the generator need attentiveness, encouragement, healing, compassion, love.

During this wonderful time, the connective loving energies of Venus is all pervading, a penetrating vibration. Venus is synthesis through love, unchain yourself from the judgments of the past, refine & re-establish coherent unified desires. Dream with precision, establish & affirm, bring your inner wisdom through forgiveness. Reveal the raw desire lurking under the rationalising.

Focus on loving that part of yourself unconditionally & release the old views; adjust your future vision through the rhythmic waves of potential through heart… Truly encourage these tones within you to grow… feed it daily… TLC… Now look back though new eyes, the outer & the inner…

Listening to the grapevine, the buzz words seems to be ‘Mercury is in Retrograde’…
Mercury is known as the winged messenger. A symbol of ingenuity. The ability to think on our feet… on the spur of the moment. The staff of power Mercury holds is in the shape of a caduceus, an emblem of alchemical and healing powers… With Mercury’s aid we can rise above, change our mind, swiftly… and shows up the power we hold & can weald with our mind. Will, Focus, Intention.

The retrograde can actually work very well for us. Connecting with old friends, exploring possibilities, picking up the threads, once set aside… Revisiting places, in mind and heart… We all, with every heartbeat choose, with every breath . Heart connects us to all memory and all atomic levels… We have the power to choose by virtue of our hearts ability to attract that which is its perfection, its delight!

Don’t Get Melancholy, Get Magnificent!

Here with us just when we need it, it comes… Leo & its gift, Fire, dynamic, Solar, Light-Force.

We all have this noble quality, the area where we are the centre, holding court.

Leo, fixed fire… Grounding & stabilising.   We are continuing to work in our new ways.. expanding, smiling.  Remember the way of fire… Combustions!  Which brings release to old patterns, old ways… if centered & mindful.

Be aware of pride and jelous thoughts.. Remember Shine at your best & bring in your harvest!

The element water is low at this time, which means we have to find our feelings, feel connected inwardly.

The importance of August is Value – Power.   We need to work with our gifts, relationships, signs, messages & signals; especially those received late July.   Really! We all know what we truly care about so know in this ‘Sun’ Light there is only you that reigns… Noone can do it but you, this is divine power.  Curse or Bless, Destroy or Allow, Spiritual Force.  know that the power withn your spiritual force ’  is   just   that ‘

Glastonbury, Grasshoppers, Goddesses & Gratitude!!

Chalice Hill – Love is in the Earth

We arrived in a town of Blue Lias, Street. A few miles from the Chalice Well where we were to hold our unique Melody LIITE Crystal Therapy Workshops… at the bottom of the Tor in the mythic isle of Avalon…

Our stay began in Street, at The Bear Inn, which for me had been serendipitously acquired the day before… and the village Street, seemed a very apt name for a pathway…. As the weekend was going to be all about paths, choices & life’s gates… arriving in Street with Bear was enthrawling. (Melody Crystals Update – Glastonbury November 09) Before Sleep, Cindy & I took a short walk, & found that there was a shoe museum directly across the road from our hotel… an old path showing old ways… we looked up & saw a clock tower which did not chime… no time, new time.. How wonderful! A space for the new!!

Next morning sun tempting, we set along a new path to The Chalice Well… On arriving through the gate & under the boughs in bloom… Our lovely gatekeeper opened the door to the meeting room… As the door opened before us we were greeted by a wonderful friend… there in repose a viridian sheen against a sunny wall… Grasshopper!! All aglow, we stood smiling & admiring… Cindy stepped forward to cup him in her hands but Grasshopper moves to the rhythm of his own tune… he sprang into the centre of the room, filling the whole space with his presence!! Cindy, fixed on him slipped of her shoes & crossed the carpet following once more she tried to cup him & once more he sprang! Again Cindy followed “Come On, It’s Ok, let me catch you” she said inside… and next he was in her hands being carried sedately in gratitude towards the Chalice Garden.

Surprisingly grasshopper is a grounding symbol, bringing blessings of abundance, happiness, teaching, stability & patience. Their message is “Take Great Leaps Where Others Fear to Tread”. His songs sing of the inner musings, never to be silent, and of seeing things intuitively, seeing beyond the concrete world… What a gift to be given on Lugnasadh (Loos-Nus-Uh) Eve & the first day of our journey with the crystals.

As everyone began to arrive the room filled & so did the joy, the happiness, the blessings of each other began. A day of meeting new friends, new experiences, new ways of seeing, new ways of being… moving on through perceived gates.

The workshop shone as the sun bathed the room, on into the evening when friends joined us for crystals & cake… what joy!

Sunday began bright & shiny & so did our workshop! All ready & eager to work with sacred geometry through crystal arrays & apply their new found practice.

…As anticipated, through the open doorway rhythms & beats came tumbling & rolling… the Goddesses of Love & a procession of shiny happy people were arriving at the well…;o) They had threaded their song & drum through the streets to the well.

We gathered ourselves all 12… & went outside. There Blooming vermillion tones filled our gaze… Flags, banners & smiling faces… & Blodeuedd ‘flower blossom face’ created from summer flowers, Goddess of love had arrived. What beautiful gifts offered, a bounty, given freely, asking no recompense… unconditional for all to share. This energy carried on blossoming throughout the rest of our wonderful workshop!

From our heart… Truly Thank You All once more for being there… For your empathy & Kindness… for the gifts you brought through you… For your willingness & courage… through tears & JOY!! Through Connectiveness, Oneness & Crystals!

This New Year we are given the greatest gift from the universe…

Luna – Mistress of the night sky blue this eve eclipsed, Released, Rejoiced Renewed.
A new era is here – Liberation… It is a time to live life to the fullest & be an inspiration to others…

The first decade of the 21st century was miraculous but it doesn’t hold a candle to the shift in consciousness that is about to take place!!

There are wonders to behold, & they will unfold day by day, until the patterns of perfection for the new earth are physically manifest.

We are living in a time of momentous change, & though with change can sometimes come uncertainty…. Heart, Honesty, Integrity & Nurturing Self will guide you.

We are here through the threshold; our new time is here… We who are here now, will build the new; each will be called to participate.

During this time of Capricorn, we collectively stand on the mountain, absorbing the light from the sun, through the horn of the unicorn (anja).

2010 is a universal 3 year. The 3 energy is Creative, Imaginative, Enthusiastic, and Expressive. The 3 must have an outlet… or 2 or 3 outlets… the 3 must live joy!!

Melody Crystals Update – Glastonbury November 09

Gazing through the train window as I journeyed back to Glastonbury; memories glide in and out of this years Melody Crystal Healing Workshops… bringing back and holding the beauty we have shared in Chalice Well a sacred grove. My attention is held as I see parts of Britain waterlogged, full of emotion, compassion, cleansing and renewal.. our heart goes out to all.The 100 Monkeys Cafe.  Sitting down to enjoy my hot sweet tea I contemplated the weekend ahead…

I arrived late in Glastonbury High Street, & to an amazing greeting!!… A wave of nostalgia entices me to a winter scene in a shop window full of exquisite cloth flowing and pooling, as my eyes followed down & there a small train circling a track in front of a large fireplace aglow. I stood still and looked straight ahead…. inside the next window a great white bear, then another smaller and one smaller still. Awesome, amazing how realistic they looked beyond the glass.

Three white bears, a bear family, The Great Bear, its connection to 7 stars, 7 rays of the divine. Awakening the power of the subconscious … the white bear has no fear, his message is go within and awaken the inherent potential, bring it out and apply it.

As I remember the connections… I see 3, Connection – Self / Inner / Higher. I remember the totem associated with the Bear this is Seal, with his message that there are no limits to the creative energies… Balance inner imagination with outer reality.

After imbibing the scene eagerly, I realised how hungry I was, so I headed on down the high street to one of the most welcoming places in the town centre

On wakening the next morning, the Tor settled in my hazy gaze standing tall like a beacon guardian from my bedroom window. I enjoyed my lovely morning conversation with Louise and shared some of her delicious freshly baked home bread and culinary delights yum as we watched the sky clearing over Castle Cary…

As I left for the day it was just mizzlin! You know, not quite raining… a mist mixed drizzle!
As I arrived at Chalice Well the party attending the crystal workshop were already on the path outside the wooden gate waiting, smiling and waving … click … I just love these moments joy-happiness-anticipation-and just knowing everyone will take so much with them! White Bear comes to mind & again go… Within… to awaken the inherent potential… Be Limitless, Fearless, Balanced with Love. I have said this so many times before… I love the work I do, and the best is the sharing of it. As we entered through the gate led by beautiful Jenny who is always there & always so giving. Robin greeted us too.. with a rolling trill, reminding us to sing our own song, & go forward.

We shared an amazing weekend as always, working with crystals through conscious intention. Our work, intimate. Shining with potential, everyone working in fluidity. The energy built and melded so easily and readily. Relationships unfolding deepening new and renewed. Thank you so much each of you for all your sharing and beautiful light throughout this wonderful weekend.

The gardens of the well, now more than half sleeping… a frosty veil enclosing… but if you stand and listen, you can feel-see-smell-taste and sense a myriad of something’s… shining potentials, in perfect harmony a beautiful wonderful shimmering space… waiting to burst forth once more…
Ahh we are all so enriched by this place… I open my heart in the greatest of thanks.

Melody Crystals Update – Moone, County Kildare October 09

What a fantastic weekend at the beautiful Croi Anu Creative Centre in Moone, Kildare!!
Mary Pat has worked so hard to make this space what it is… totally inviting, peaceful, inspiring & vibrant!! Oh what a joy!!

The sun shone brightly, as I said it would!! ;o) It had rained constantly for the passed few weeks so this was a welcome change for those who joined us…

It was Samhain & we journeyed the whole weekend through the limitations & into our new beginnings… An absolutely fabulous group of people to work with, who shone as the sun! Thankyou all, for sharing your wonderful light!

The Melody Crystal Healing Workshop is such a dynamic way of working with crystals… tapping striaght into the quantum field.. linking through conscious focussed intention… our way of working can bring that which you wish immediatley, & I know this was experienced on many levels for those attending this weekend.

A special big thankyou for Regina, for sharing your wonderful warmth, family & home with me… such an honour.

Discernment in the One Long Moment

We posted this some time ago as part of a discussion but got the urge to repost it in the blog.x..

We all have the wonderful gift and personal responsibility to either accept or not; what one reads, hears, perceives, or experiences. It really is that simple, or is it?

The word discernment conveys more than the condition of understanding, because we use our discernment when there is a perception of that which may not be obvious or is obscured. To use one’s discernment contains the added dimension of using knowledge & intuition in a new way, according to each new situation.

Discernment is closely linked with intuition, in fact they are really quite impossible to separate for they are in truth one and the same thing, and afford us the honour and privilege to ‘feel’ whether something is ‘right’ or ‘’wrong’.
Intuition is only discernment and focus. It has nothing to do with spiritual talents, gifts or being able to prophesise. What matters is the ability to hear the truth within you and focus on that.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience & there are keys in ancient knowledge, to allow us to enter states of consciousness… to bring us out of our distortions of reality & deliver our higher purpose.. We are continually reminded that meditation – sitting in silence (preferably daily) is the key to getting back to clear-mindedness and to letting superficial impressions and distorting interpretations die away to reveal the core of perception underlying all. This is fundamental when it comes to discernment. We are all one, & each as important as the other.. No other can fulfil our individual part of the plan… there are tasks that can be completed by no-one else… moving through our thoughts, we must own our knowledge, inherent & learnt. Own it, own our purpose & talents respect the things that we individually achieve.. even though we may not have letters after our names or received awards & accolades. Often when we are trying really hard to carry out the choices of the intelleigent heart, focus is brought around to ones own motives… & sometimes, we may turn away & doubt & mistrust. Everything can be open to the light & where we find duplicity & contradiction, acknowledge & accept this huge power of shadow. Knowledge is power.

Be true seers, when we take up training in inwardness, where the psyche & the cosmos align, all parts of our being can be known to us & used. It is the parts of ourselves that are walled off, that have not been explored or gained access to… Science acknowledges that there exists substance in the universe that cannot be explained; The dark matter which exists in our inner & outer universes which allows things to gravitate & take shape is being explored right now in this one long moment… for example we are just learning about things like Quantum Entanglement… “Entanglement is the possibility to link together two quantum particles – photons of light or atoms, for example – in a special way that makes them effectively two parts of the same entity. You can then separate them as far as you like, and a change in one is instantly reflected in the other”

Some may see that this is all part & parcel of where we are on our journey. In our understanding of the scientific & metaphysical worlds, to polarise these 2 worlds, which may seem opposite opposed, contradictory parts of a whole, whether it be within ourselves, or others will assist us in trying to discern the nature of the universe within & the nature of the universe without.

Discerning individuals may also make use of intuition, or a “gut feeling,”; Thinking with your intuition is really thinking with the knowing mind, (which is beyond thinking) but sometimes, we can become entangled in the limited edition of ourselves… and this can be difficult until one has learned to distinguish true intuition from the distortions of fear, desire, frustration, etc. – all of these emotions, not based in a peaceful heart, can distort perception and intuition; and lack of personal integrity will certainly distort discernment. Another aid for discernment is to pay attention to detail. – are there inconsistencies, contradictions, details that are questionable? Lastly, always remember to require whomever is sending you information, to identify themselves. If they refuse, walk away.

The underlying intention in discernment is of trusting self & feelings. Things that bring that eureka moment, things that bring contentment. We are all able to discern & we all have the free will… There are times when you have to work logically, looking for the answers, our best choice, weighing up the pro and cons. There are times when we have to look at how we have learned through our experiences, hands on or emotionally… Sometimes we need to use discernment by talking with other people, sometimes we will find it through other people theories. When we genuinely seek the truth, or intend to do the right thing, we pass through many gates & hurdles, some with enthusiasm & joy, some with strength & determination, some with tears, some with pain, or resentment.. Recognise these expressions, if we know our own weaknesses, we will know that so often the shadow side our nature is quite often our greatest gift. We need to practise regularly, looking into the shadow, our greatest teacher, there is so much to see through the many facets of our ourselves,, to look at ourselves, in as many different, ways as possible through art, writing, dance, & any other form of creativity; through life experience, archetypes, & intuition & come to know the unseen in a place of trust. We have to notice observe, subjectively & objectively from every angle with love, & recognise, determine differentiate, & perceive, that which may at first be camouflaged becoming clear & recognisable.. .

Everything that you have experienced in every lifetime has culminated in your presence on the planet now! You have chosen to be here at this momentous glorious occasion. Modernity is faced with information overload, increased by orders of magnitude with access to the ever evolving digital electronic network.. & Every individual has his or her own unique filter for information, be it a clarified filter or one clouded by unconscious fears, false beliefs, desires, or any of the fear-based emotions. When we move in rhythm with our heart & breath, this creates harmony, when we are out of rhythm, we fall back into our doubt & chronic woes.. rhythm is the key to equilibrium which brings us back into balance, & into a pose that is not self centered but centered in self awareness.

The spiritual journey is one of continual progress toward clarification of the soul’s purpose. In the sense that all life’s journey presents us with one transitory experience after another, until we one day, or one lifetime, or one aeon, reach the experience of the Absolute, the All-that-Is, which is pure, sentient, creative, intelligent light.

Until that time, we continue on our way, understanding more and more that the interplay of light and forms in our world is designed as a mirror for us, to instruct us in how the appearances are infinitely mutable and subject to creative awareness, applying its collective and individual force. Now, and forever, we create, whether consciously or unconsciously, so be careful, use the intelligence you are endowed with, to its fullest capacity, and above all, stay aware & in your heart.

Melody Crystals Update – Sheffield August 09

The Melody Crystal Workshop at Airy Fairy was a fabulous sharing of light & a wonderful gathering of individuals so eager. One of the things I love about teaching the workshop is that although we have many professional therapists & healers participate in the workshops, the course has been designed in such a way that it is beneficial for anyone. You don’t have to come with any prior experience or mineralogical knowledge, your love for the stones themselves is enough. Your intention in allowing the experience, through the texture, shape, colour & vibration of the crystals, will carry you through to a deeper level of understanding.

Each place we choose to hold the workshop and each place has its own high vibratory resonance & special signature. The workshop space here above the shop in a cosy private space . I love Airy Fairy. It’s such a fab & interesting shop & there is always something new to see & Anwen’s culinary treats are truly scrumptious!!

We will be back at Airy Fairy on 5\6 December 09. If you would like to come and join us that weekend there are still places available.

The Heart knows that We Are One.x..

I would like to share that I am being reminded at this time that we don’t have to beware or be wary, there is nothing to be afraid of… There is nothing that exists which is outside ourselves.x..

Time does not exist… We are here in this new space now, creating it moment by moment & I am in true celebration of it.x..

It is time to be ‘not afraid’ & it’s time to trust, it’s time to love & remember, we are loved & It’s our birth-right!!

We are all one & we are connected to everything, no spaces, lines or gaps…
The universe is one loving being, one spirit, moving through one consciousness.x..

We create through thoughts, feelings, wishes, dreams…
Lack, need, can’t do, Have to heal will just end.

Melody Crystals Update – Glastonbury, Chalice Well August 09

My time in this marvellous place is always just that, absolutely marvellous! Every time I come back, there are always new things to know and learn. On my numerous trips to Glastonbury, I have met some of the most endearing people, the most amazing and so very dedicated, in bringing light and love to one of the most talked and written about places in England.

Bringing the Melody Crystal Workshops regularly to the Chalice Well over the years has been a great honour. To work here with the crystals is exhilarating & the interface & resonance of our work here is astounding. The workshops are always special and this is a very special place for so many reasons… One is that above our very cosy and private space there is a room that is referred to as the upper room. In this room there is an object known as the “sapphire blue bowl” its inner mystery consists of the powerful effects which it has on sensitive’s of all kinds. It was recovered from a water source known as Brides Well in 1906 & it is regarded as an important symbol of unity and brotherhood.

In wonderful synchronicity the Goddess Conference was ongoing that weekend & on the Sunday the Goddesses in their procession visited the well & garden passing through the red water to the white water on their way to the tor… in a whirlwind of colour & sound they weaved their intention forward in love & gratitude.

This workshop was no exception, the group who gathered bonded beautifully & harmonised very quickly in their work together… each individual shone & together created a beautiful bouquet of energies & so I am so thrilled that we will continue our work together.
