We knew here at NU that the universe had told us to expect the unexpected…but what the heck!!!

There moseying along sailing on a wave of loving commitment and intent that was shared unconditionally then – WOW!!! We were shaken absolutely 100% physically, mentally and emotionally, out of our growing contentment into what seemed like enforced – hyper speed of expanding – magnified – in your face change!!

Like it or not there it was! Make a choice at hyper speed or Hobson’s will be yours, came loud and clear!

So with universal guidance ringing, we gathered our energy and support and moved, lock stock and protective shield at light speed!  Removing ourselves from vexation was a great healing for all.

It has been a wondrous and humbling to experience separateness and the love both in the same moment…  The fear and the courage, tears and laughter, pain and relief, the shadow and the light.

Once more NU Hub became etheric, holding its integrity and form, but not shape… still nurtured and supported by friends and colleagues but from free from physicality.  The group meets and workshops continued in temporary location whilst we waited patiently for our NU physical Hub to reveal itself…

In the meantime, More to Life Magazine a well known enlightenment publication asked to interview us to feature on their new TV channel… Excited to platform NU Hub and its ethos but due to the speed of change upon us, we found ourselves in the situation where we had no physical body, no hearth to talk of…

We knew we needed propulsion, fuel for the fire, we had an appointment and a workshop on the same day… what to do?… use the energy of love to propel us through!  So we invited the participants from the workshop and travelled together to the BSSK Gorton Monastery Mind Body Spirit Exhibition…   we had a wonderful couple of hours, seeing and feeling new things, enjoying the company of friends new and old… imbibing the energetic resonance of co creative cohesive manifestation.  In beautiful stunning architectural sacred geometry.  Just so Mmmmm…

Uplifted by the experience and in patient expectation of things yet to be revealed… Serendipity struck!! …on 11.10.11 the energy of the love propulsion gained that whole weekend, rewarded us with the gift of affirmation and renewed vision!!

…We are excited to share an exciting new relationship with More to Life Magazine, whom we share a vision of reaching out to even greater numbers of like minded people with the right intention.   As you know our passion at Naturally Universal is to Connect, Share, Learn and Work with an ever expanding team of light minded individuals who love life, enjoy their work and are dedicated, skillful and passionate about sharing their knowledge and gifts with those who seek it.   This new relationship allows Naturally Universal  a more extensive platform to let the world know about the wonderful array of knowledge, skill and enthusiasm we have to share!

With intentions revisited,   just a few days later a new hearth for NU Hub was gifted!  Changed like a faceted jewel to allow in yet more light!!  …with NU vista’s, NU growth NU roles and NU ways of doing and being!  10 miles east of Manchester, on the edge of the Pennines, almost 1000ft above sea level a treasure can be found… Held by the hills and hugged by the sky… Visiting from all around the globe some of the best speakers, teachers, authors therapists will gather to share their enthusiasm, knowledge, skills, training, workshops, courses in the art of Body Mind Wellbeing…  We are currently updating and the NEW www.NUHub.co.uk website will be revealed soon!!

At 12:12 Dorothy & George Fryer & Ron Heyes in grace & love led a beautiful meditation… a wave of pure bliss touched each of us. The room filled with so much love in that moment – one – together in celebration – The Gong enfolding, cocooning all.

Cosmic!! What adventures we are all together having!!

What an amazing opening week we have had!  It began with big bunches of flowers & sunshine!

We’ve had the most wonderful support in so many ways on all levels!  The universe sure knows its stuff, were just so filled up with Joy & wonder at how fast this project has come together!! In just 40 days from walking into the building we now have a beautiful beacon, shining with so much love, knowledge & experience… The energy so high as we all together shine, bringing our journeys, a new, as one.

Live, Love, Bee – September 2010

Welcome!

August, seeding its way forward… We have eaten the strawberries, the plumbs, the harvest tasted… and the Bee’s so busy.x…

We are lucky to have a Sunday Farmers Market where we are and such a scrummy path to take… The stands full of amazing fayre! One Mr G H Brown of Holmfirth carries some truly wonderful delights… this Sunday, he had with him a frame from his apiary full of Bee’s behind glass… What a joy to see these dazzling creatures up-close & feel their vibrating dance.

Bees communicate through dance, to each other, the direction to gather their fuel which fields to attend to bring home the golden powder. In this time of growing awareness the bee (energy) can & will heal & nourish. Bees aid us in accomplishing the impossible… They are wonderful reminders that no matter how great the dream, there is promise if we pursue it! Bring in the sweet elixir.

The honey combs, hexagons are reminders & symbols of the heart & the sweetness of life propelled energetically through sun to self.

We create our lives, and this occurs every moment, every heartbeat, every choice… Decide Now!

Happiness Hatches in Chorlton ❤

We arrived in Chorlton the sun full out, for a weekend of Melody Love is in the Earth Crystal Healing. It’s a wonderful feeling to return here… We had frequented this little village nearly every week, through my work for 6 years back in the 80’s… and now returning to work (not that I ever see crystals as work!) in reminiscence & gratitude for all that had transpired from this place, Chorlton-Cum-Hardy ‘ Ceolatur-Cum-ArdEu (Saxon) translating ‘ The Settlement of the Ceorls (Freemen) by the Trees near the Water ‘ records go back to 610AD and home to the creation of Chorlton and the Wheelies ;o) Remember Chorlton? The big, bright, bubbly, and bonkers happiness dragon!

Our wonderful weekend began, and everyone gathered in the large bright room of the Astanga Yoga Space… A wonderful group had gathered of all ages with such varied life paths, fabulous! The day just flowed so beautifully, with participants arriving at new perspectives and view points (you know, those that allow clarity) and allowing the choices & changes that are desired.

On Sunday, the window wide open and the sun streaming through, we were visited by a female peacock butterfly, amazing! She came into the room as we were building the sacred geometries of the ‘consciousness array’. She danced around the window like a skater on ice… Butterfly tells us ‘new life from the old one’. What a blissing! Transformation-Love-Fun Joyous times! I was entranced as I watched her glide; all at once she flew down in between the sash window…. Trapped, she fluttered intensely causing a buzzing & a drumming between the window panes… I climbed a chair to rescue this wonderful friend… I put out my hand & scooped her up… She made no movement as I climbed down & offered her the open window, she sat quite still, just gently swaying her antennae. Her delicate wings closed in rest… I whispered ‘Thank You for your visit, but we really should get on with what we are doing you & I’ and with that, she dropped her wings of velvet sepia & displayed her four gold violet eyes. She opened & closed her wings once more, then lifted & flew. Such a precious a moment. You may know, that butterflies have always played a big role in our work with Naturally Universal, and we are truly blessed, this wonderful symbol of rebirth, with a message for all… ‘Make Change when the opportunity arises ‘ and that is exactly what happened this weekend… Metamorphosis for all that were present.

Thank You all again, all who came & blissings to you on your journeys… Shine your light, until we meet once more.

Attentiveness in Emergence

Focus on actions that release energy and potential.

As we move forward in new ways of Be-ing and living, we find new ways to communicate with one another… We are emerging… We have taken our new responsibilities with the maturity of our emergence… and now applying spiritual principles in practice… of heart, integrity & morality.

Now as friends, allies & fellow journeyers, aiding each other as a need for balance ensues & loving corrective actions recalibrates wider group awareness. We can use our inherent knowledge past, present, future, through our communities, our collectiveness. We can find power, grace, and efficiency in our expansion… and this burst of energy shows us how to release what needs releasing.

There are & will be major turning points for many, in our relationships with one another… revelations as to what is working & what is not… With mindfulness & discernment we can pierce through appearances, illuminating that which would pull us off track or prevent us from getting the results we need…. This is a time to stay aware of our needs, our sensitivities, and our protective processes.

You should know that nothing should be taken for granted… and surely expect the unexpected. We need to be more giving of our enthusiasm & gratitude. Intend balance, get centred, avoid reckless behaviour, keep clear of pettiness, and avoid wilfulness that may jam up the gears… keep bringing your excellence forward… we need to get and stay attentive.

When you feel the rising of negativity, if in that moment you can externalise it, if you don’t go there you stop it before it starts. By not saying, not reacting negatively to that which confronts us we demonstrate our heart energy… Apply the formula… Focus, Conscious, Intention resolve to be mindful of your own thoughts, feelings, speech, actions… Then you can observe what moves you and choose your response.

Stay in the light, be mindful, and keep it bright. See a clear road ahead… Get out & about… EnJOY Mother Earth’s bounty & Blessings! Remember, the more grounded & grateful we are the more bliss with rise up to greet us!

The next few weeks offer many turning points as well as challenges, so be alert for those flashes, those messages, and those inspired visions that can shape your future so remarkably.

Through retrospect release and gratitude, energy potential is assembled enabling the expedition of our abundance!

Chalice Hill – Love is in the Earth

We arrived in a town of Blue Lias, Street. A few miles from the Chalice Well where we were to hold our unique Melody LIITE Crystal Therapy Workshops… at the bottom of the Tor in the mythic isle of Avalon…

Our stay began in Street, at The Bear Inn, which for me had been serendipitously acquired the day before… and the village Street, seemed a very apt name for a pathway…. As the weekend was going to be all about paths, choices & life’s gates… arriving in Street with Bear was enthrawling. (Melody Crystals Update – Glastonbury November 09) Before Sleep, Cindy & I took a short walk, & found that there was a shoe museum directly across the road from our hotel… an old path showing old ways… we looked up & saw a clock tower which did not chime… no time, new time.. How wonderful! A space for the new!!

Next morning sun tempting, we set along a new path to The Chalice Well… On arriving through the gate & under the boughs in bloom… Our lovely gatekeeper opened the door to the meeting room… As the door opened before us we were greeted by a wonderful friend… there in repose a viridian sheen against a sunny wall… Grasshopper!! All aglow, we stood smiling & admiring… Cindy stepped forward to cup him in her hands but Grasshopper moves to the rhythm of his own tune… he sprang into the centre of the room, filling the whole space with his presence!! Cindy, fixed on him slipped of her shoes & crossed the carpet following once more she tried to cup him & once more he sprang! Again Cindy followed “Come On, It’s Ok, let me catch you” she said inside… and next he was in her hands being carried sedately in gratitude towards the Chalice Garden.

Surprisingly grasshopper is a grounding symbol, bringing blessings of abundance, happiness, teaching, stability & patience. Their message is “Take Great Leaps Where Others Fear to Tread”. His songs sing of the inner musings, never to be silent, and of seeing things intuitively, seeing beyond the concrete world… What a gift to be given on Lugnasadh (Loos-Nus-Uh) Eve & the first day of our journey with the crystals.

As everyone began to arrive the room filled & so did the joy, the happiness, the blessings of each other began. A day of meeting new friends, new experiences, new ways of seeing, new ways of being… moving on through perceived gates.

The workshop shone as the sun bathed the room, on into the evening when friends joined us for crystals & cake… what joy!

Sunday began bright & shiny & so did our workshop! All ready & eager to work with sacred geometry through crystal arrays & apply their new found practice.

…As anticipated, through the open doorway rhythms & beats came tumbling & rolling… the Goddesses of Love & a procession of shiny happy people were arriving at the well…;o) They had threaded their song & drum through the streets to the well.

We gathered ourselves all 12… & went outside. There Blooming vermillion tones filled our gaze… Flags, banners & smiling faces… & Blodeuedd ‘flower blossom face’ created from summer flowers, Goddess of love had arrived. What beautiful gifts offered, a bounty, given freely, asking no recompense… unconditional for all to share. This energy carried on blossoming throughout the rest of our wonderful workshop!

From our heart… Truly Thank You All once more for being there… For your empathy & Kindness… for the gifts you brought through you… For your willingness & courage… through tears & JOY!! Through Connectiveness, Oneness & Crystals!

The universe is tapping us on the shoulder, reminding us to give respect & thanks for the journey here & all of the experience… polarisation the old, the new, the fear & the freedom, the realisation… all experienced…. As you turn now, allow compassion & understanding to rise, honour what is ending through heart fire.

Here on our islands we stand upon a wealth of lore & knowledge, ever pulsing beneath us & through our crowned hilltops, sacred groves & stones resonating back through the geometry of every vibrating piece of earth. Through memory, song & story it connects you – universe – self – spirit – soul – dark – love – light. Through these vibrational tones, flow be fluid. Move with the flow, body, mind, spirit, with beauty & limitless possibility. That is our inheritance. Connecting through heart with Mother Earth & Father Sky. This our ancestors understood we are limitless possibility…

Emergence, it’s about you. Life changing occurrences are being experienced by thousands… So many challenges & upheavals being felt all over the world just now. It has to be said, this is not an easy time… but these challenges allow us to realise, re-evaluate, re-lease & it is up to us as to how we choose to respond.

Yes, We need blessings, yes count your blessings. It is a great wisdom. Gratitude & thankfulness play major roles in our collective & individual mind-body wellbeing. It is known that gratitude will unlock our greatest potential! Gratitude has provided, solutions & gifts. It brings the unexpected into perfect timing. So a Thank You is no small thing!

Plato said, “A grateful mind is a great mind, which eventually attracts itself great things”

Remember, when we feel real Thankfulness there is an emotional energetic rush that accompanies it. It’s like a glow inside, it goes deep. Thankfullness is a powerful. How different would our world be & how would our individual lives be changed collectively if we all became expert in Thank You’s.. If we all practised appreciation.
Maybe that glow inside would ignite as a fire, in the collective heart.. filling it with deep bliss…
The heart where our world can literally be remade. That harmony is here for us all now.. it is here where the adventure expands & expands..

The heart only exists in the here & now & now. As all is being affected by vibrational change, there is so much flux & our whole energetic construct, is collectively moving forward out & away from the old & outmoded, as its destiny breaks up. Here more of us will become generators & communicators ushering in the epoch of harmony.

Awake Is the New Sleep

Over the last month, around & about, at home whilst sitting with friends or browsing through the groups & forums on the network… Dreams have been a main topic of conversation… Vivid dreams, Strange Dreams, Precognitive Dreams, Memory Dreams, 3D Dreams… And then others subject which kept cropping up were Aware & Awake… and I just got to thinking of something I had not brought to mind for a while… And that was, since being small, I always thought that sleep was a mystery.. You know, just lie down & drift off give ourselves up to sleep… Especially when I found out that people didnt like to talk about death or dying… I felt that somehow there was a connection, but nobody I knew was afraid to go to sleep.. It seemed a bit of a contradiction, to me as a small child.

We are told that one third of our lives is spent sleeping. In sleep we are complete but without a physical body when we enter into dreaming. Which is, by the way totally vital for our physical & psychological self. In fact, if you count day dreaming, that would be 2/3rds of our lives spent sleeping & day dreaming. When we dream our brain waves slow down & there we enter another space.

From Beta 13/18 cycles per second through to Alpha 18/12 in this space the body heals & repairs itself working on many levels. In fact when we sleep you could say it affects our atomic density, we shift through our body consciousness. In the next level Theta still slower cycles 4/6 cycles, there the body consciousness can travel in the astral realms.

One third of our lives is waking life, beta state. We are in study, looking in, being aware of our-self, knowing thyself. Two thirds of our lives are spent sleeping, dreaming, travelling… These words could be misleading, they infer not conscious or not aware but in these realms we heal, we create we deliberate, we meet, we explore, we channel, we can consciously access our dream time. We can access this place of transformation & do so frequently enough to spend most of our lives in these other states of consciousness.

We awaken, rejuvenated, enlivened, enlightened by experiences & learning & healing, which helps us to process the path & unlock the way.

We are aware on many levels, during our wakened & rested states of being. We are infinite, built specially for this adventure. Science now tells us we are made of stuff we did not know we were made of. We are aware of our mass consciousness & are in metamorphosis at this very moment. Dreaming a new way. It is said that there are ancient ways to dream… And we are doing it together.

Consciousness is expanding, there is no mistake. This being so, we collectively begin to understand that we can access these altered states quicker & easier than ever before. Active dreaming is a limitless adventure.

Love is Eternal – New Moon in Aquarius

The New Moon in Aquarius has set in motion specific energy patterns for the year ahead…

It launches a 2 week cycle of expansion… it not the time to stay in a rut it’s not the time to hold onto old ways… it’s time to do things differently let you imagination be your guide to possibilities.

We’re all in this together

This year truly begins on Jan 15th 2010. Astrologically 2010 is far more significant than 2012. This annual solar eclipse will last approx 11mins 7seconds. It will be the longest since 1992 & it will not be exceed or equalled until 3043 that’s 1033 years away, linear time!!

2010 began with an end, and this eclipse transits the end of a 36 month course.
All eclipses shut something down, closing – releasing elements of our lives that are no longer true for us.

We are creating a new reality now & we can take the entire universe with us!
We all need to know this; we are connected frequency & vibration.
We are becoming more complex as the frequency rises. It’s all about what we can do without fear. Everything is consciousness but from what point are you watching?

We are infinite here in this visible light (experienced). We experience through the body mind. Allow the water of Aquarius to clear the path. Allow & understand there is choice.

In this space, void, chasm… This still-point is teaming with possibilities, new life & the opportunity for deprogramming, unlearning what we are programmed to believe. You must reclaim the parts of yourself you lost in servitude. In this gap waves of true potential, a thousand coils wrap around each other within our DNA spiral… & learn to use the energy fields outside your body. Tap into every living field of consciousness & collectively believe. Your resonance with the morphic field allows realities to emerge. When our perception is unlimited we are unstoppable!! We are here to bring forth results.

Limitlessness is life changing! The smallest practise of this creates energy shifts.

Consciousness is like light, it exists as both energy & matter. Everything is consciousness.

Through Wheels of Evergreen

The old year has died & we prepare together for expansion through the cycle – renewed – prepared – spun through webs of light.

Through wheels of evergreen yew, holly, mistletoe, Ivy.. Place ribbons of on the trees, & Place footprints round the stones through story & song… Always, grounded, always anchored, knowing the light is there.
The Sky it its velvet grey mauve, like a blanket covering softly yet engulfing…
Sounds muffled, yet pulled, teased out like a long silk thread…
The city still turns, a low, murmuring echo…
…and the long sustain as the traffics leaves the wet roads behind them.
Be still, experience the stillness.
Shortest day, longest night
Know that we have been growing the roots of our stability
Yes the outer world has darkened…

Melody Crystals Update – Moone, County Kildare October 09

What a fantastic weekend at the beautiful Croi Anu Creative Centre in Moone, Kildare!!
Mary Pat has worked so hard to make this space what it is… totally inviting, peaceful, inspiring & vibrant!! Oh what a joy!!

The sun shone brightly, as I said it would!! ;o) It had rained constantly for the passed few weeks so this was a welcome change for those who joined us…

It was Samhain & we journeyed the whole weekend through the limitations & into our new beginnings… An absolutely fabulous group of people to work with, who shone as the sun! Thankyou all, for sharing your wonderful light!

The Melody Crystal Healing Workshop is such a dynamic way of working with crystals… tapping striaght into the quantum field.. linking through conscious focussed intention… our way of working can bring that which you wish immediatley, & I know this was experienced on many levels for those attending this weekend.

A special big thankyou for Regina, for sharing your wonderful warmth, family & home with me… such an honour.

Melody Crystals Update – Mossley, Gtr Manchester August 09

I love coming to Mossley! High up at the foot of the pennines, it’s a wonderful place on 2 levels if you like… with its Top Mossley and Bottom Mossley divided by a very steep hill!! Mossley itself, an ancient place & full of history… we know that people have made it their home for thousands of years… stoneage axes & flints have been found… Legend has told there lays a great treasure beneath the ground of a Brigantian Hill Fort nearby….

We hold The Melody Crystal Workshop at the Body Mind Therapy Centre in Top Mossley which is a cosy & private place which was perfect for our small but perfect workshop. An intimate gathering which was taken fully to heart by those present. You may know by now that the Melody Crystal Workshop is always a wonderfully magical & vibrant experience. When the participants enter truly without limitation, it can be totally life changing, & has been for many of its practitioners.

Melody Crystals Update – Glastonbury, Chalice Well August 09

My time in this marvellous place is always just that, absolutely marvellous! Every time I come back, there are always new things to know and learn. On my numerous trips to Glastonbury, I have met some of the most endearing people, the most amazing and so very dedicated, in bringing light and love to one of the most talked and written about places in England.

Bringing the Melody Crystal Workshops regularly to the Chalice Well over the years has been a great honour. To work here with the crystals is exhilarating & the interface & resonance of our work here is astounding. The workshops are always special and this is a very special place for so many reasons… One is that above our very cosy and private space there is a room that is referred to as the upper room. In this room there is an object known as the “sapphire blue bowl” its inner mystery consists of the powerful effects which it has on sensitive’s of all kinds. It was recovered from a water source known as Brides Well in 1906 & it is regarded as an important symbol of unity and brotherhood.

In wonderful synchronicity the Goddess Conference was ongoing that weekend & on the Sunday the Goddesses in their procession visited the well & garden passing through the red water to the white water on their way to the tor… in a whirlwind of colour & sound they weaved their intention forward in love & gratitude.

This workshop was no exception, the group who gathered bonded beautifully & harmonised very quickly in their work together… each individual shone & together created a beautiful bouquet of energies & so I am so thrilled that we will continue our work together.
