Waves of all that Love is…

All there is are tears in my eyes, forgiveness of heart for past, present & future, within ourselves, for ourselves, to ourselves resonate deep inside.

The pleasure and pain of rebirth; the struggle, the acceptance, the forgiveness profound.

To find and speak simply our truth, heralding one and all, all and one… bringing the knowing of limitless, never ending divine love. 

The love of ages, love sublime, love unfettered, the intention; speak,  hear, see no evil resounds all about us.

Be the love that you are.  Awake in consciousness.

Be not misguided or mislead, your words & works have resonance & the universe will provide you with what you beat-pulse-send out.  All is energy.

I am you & you are me, we are here the embodiment physical, divine beings.  We must know love, see love, speak love, and hear through love.

Be not judgemental least this become s your fate.

Do not wave away another’s pain, as insignificant or intentionally bring your pain & place it upon another.

Be aware of infringement, into another’s space or person.

Practise love, be love.

This will be our experience when we love ourselves the way we wish to be loved when we see another as our self.

…we have travelled so far to be here.

We are the sum, the synergy of the aeons, there is at this moment, this specific space in the universal cycle of all creation for mankind to shine.

As we enter the eclipse field, and the challenges of Pluto it is time to BE-COME  

Remember our inner mother loves us unconditionally through our underworld journey.

We are equipped!  With inner sonar, our resonance, our sense of self, of right direction…  it lies in our heart.  The heart that only beats now and now and now…  this space, here now…

Within the quickening, we collectively become more aware, awake…

Personal reality relies on a conscious level.  Immerse yourself in activities that centre and stabilise.

Mediate, ruminate, it’s time to grow up and into our responsibilities… stop the whining and complaining.  Renew and refresh your contracts with self.  No contradictions.

Honour this time of revaluation as we resurrect our whole intelligence, our whole knowing.  The deep wisdom that comes with insight – inner sight & intelligence, in tell I gen = that which produces.

Navigate – Nav = Centre, I – Gate = Passageway.

We are eternals.  If we deconstruct our core agreements within self, if we revisit our core-i-culum we become sentipensante; feeling, thinking the language which speaks truth, multi human.

The creation of soul is a sole creation, grown in the garden of self.

It’s psychological & physiological.  You are energy, a vibrating frequency creating resonance so flow gracefully into this cornucopia of potent opportunity and the gift of the present moment.

A time of destiny, fate and freewill

Thank You Alison Knox of EVeRYDaY ANGeLS for being you & bringing through from the universe this wonderful series of workshops, which I have had the wonderful opportunity to experience throughout this year.

Each workshop has the ability to reach deep within…  The crescendo, the zenith for me has been a workshop with “ The Archaeons “.  If allowed in the concept of limitlessness, this workshop has the quality, ability, profundity to facilitate, a union will all aspects of self.

Crossing the Rubicon – A Liberating ordeal!

There was a finality, the ending of certain experiences recently that automatically turned us towards new ones!!

Here we are limitless and there are endless possibilities!!

We are on the edge of many choices, a leap of faith, trust is necessary to emerge us from the chrysalis cocoon, webs of thread woven with intent bring us to the hard edge of change but it has and will be filled with many miracles, manifestation and the light of intended wisdom.  Remember, everything comes from love so don’t lose your remarkable sense of humour and be sweetly determined to do what must be done.

Take time and appreciate the beauty all around and tend your garden through to spring 2012 where you may find yourself in a unique circumstance that is perfect for who you are and or what you need…

Like the seasons of each year summer to autumn, winter to spring, naturally we are tuning in and turning right into the progress of universal intent… and  it’s happening whether you are consciously choosing, aware or not. 

When intentions are worked with over time, there comes a turning point… “The experience” 

Positive reliance trust and faith brings nurtured intention into focus, and to manifest those intentions, the old releases its energies to the new… 

The next 4 weeks (November ) are  about building a stronger collective sense of community, bringing what the universe has gifted us forward… since the last 12 weeks for many  have felt like a struggle from old fates..  We must allow, let go of situations, relationships, feelings, activities, that drain enthusiasm, undermine confidence, and devalue effort, growth and love. To allow us to participate in higher more intended things, we must allow renewal, by letting go of things that no longer serve us, and truly honouring the things that do.

It’s a time to revaluate, ruminate, on our inner invisible universe… shining that light around, clearing out those dusty cobwebs, they’ve hung around far too long… allow the melting away of the old to be smooth almost effortless, no struggle, knowing the universe is listening and bringing in what you say you want or need…

We are all in change; all is in change, our perception, the shape, the refraction, reflection, changed like a faceted jewel to allow in yet more light, new life and super bliss!!

Embrace and gather, trust, the universe is plentiful, there is no lack… Work with your abundance – inwardly – practically; there is a new place to see things from if you allow.

Allow healing for new growth, new vistas, new roles, new life, new ways of doing, and being, a new world awaits…

It’s a time to honour all who have passed before us and all we have experienced, it’s a celebration of life, lineage and love!

Venus and Mercury twinned stars in a sunset sky, Jupiter aglow the moon hanging high and mars climbs to be also a morning star.  The stars inform, broadcast, (star cast) downloads nutrionic celestial information upon us.

From the 11^th to 18^th November Heart Strength, it a limitless phenomenal, transitional universe and you are of it. 

Mid month calibration, look back – move forward Fibonacci style  1.1.2.3.5.8 … what did you learn?  What were you gifted? what do you want to bring?  what can you change? …and what do you want to leave behind?  … Sssh… Be, Know, Trust.

At the end of the month, in the last week of November, there will be true cosmic expression in many forms, illuminating, and electrifying…  Bring all your training, all your knowledge to aid you in your transition. Begin, graciously, meditate, walk, be still, connect and centre as we travel through this month.  

Bring forth your Light, remember the closer you travel to yourself you’ll never be alone.

The Gap

The Gap

We knew here at NU that the universe had told us to expect the unexpected…but what the heck!!!

There moseying along sailing on a wave of loving commitment and intent that was shared unconditionally then – WOW!!! We were shaken absolutely 100% physically, mentally and emotionally, out of our growing contentment into what seemed like enforced – hyper speed of expanding – magnified – in your face change!!

Like it or not there it was! Make a choice at hyper speed or Hobson’s will be yours, came loud and clear!

So with universal guidance ringing, we gathered our energy and support and moved, lock stock and protective shield at light speed!  Removing ourselves from vexation was a great healing for all.

It has been a wondrous and humbling to experience separateness and the love both in the same moment…  The fear and the courage, tears and laughter, pain and relief, the shadow and the light.

Once more NU Hub became etheric, holding its integrity and form, but not shape… still nurtured and supported by friends and colleagues but from free from physicality.  The group meets and workshops continued in temporary location whilst we waited patiently for our NU physical Hub to reveal itself…

In the meantime, More to Life Magazine a well known enlightenment publication asked to interview us to feature on their new TV channel… Excited to platform NU Hub and its ethos but due to the speed of change upon us, we found ourselves in the situation where we had no physical body, no hearth to talk of…

We knew we needed propulsion, fuel for the fire, we had an appointment and a workshop on the same day… what to do?… use the energy of love to propel us through!  So we invited the participants from the workshop and travelled together to the BSSK Gorton Monastery Mind Body Spirit Exhibition…   we had a wonderful couple of hours, seeing and feeling new things, enjoying the company of friends new and old… imbibing the energetic resonance of co creative cohesive manifestation.  In beautiful stunning architectural sacred geometry.  Just so Mmmmm…

Uplifted by the experience and in patient expectation of things yet to be revealed… Serendipity struck!! …on 11.10.11 the energy of the love propulsion gained that whole weekend, rewarded us with the gift of affirmation and renewed vision!!

…We are excited to share an exciting new relationship with More to Life Magazine, whom we share a vision of reaching out to even greater numbers of like minded people with the right intention.   As you know our passion at Naturally Universal is to Connect, Share, Learn and Work with an ever expanding team of light minded individuals who love life, enjoy their work and are dedicated, skillful and passionate about sharing their knowledge and gifts with those who seek it.   This new relationship allows Naturally Universal  a more extensive platform to let the world know about the wonderful array of knowledge, skill and enthusiasm we have to share!

With intentions revisited,   just a few days later a new hearth for NU Hub was gifted!  Changed like a faceted jewel to allow in yet more light!!  …with NU vista’s, NU growth NU roles and NU ways of doing and being!  10 miles east of Manchester, on the edge of the Pennines, almost 1000ft above sea level a treasure can be found… Held by the hills and hugged by the sky… Visiting from all around the globe some of the best speakers, teachers, authors therapists will gather to share their enthusiasm, knowledge, skills, training, workshops, courses in the art of Body Mind Wellbeing…  We are currently updating and the NEW www.NUHub.co.uk website will be revealed soon!!

Math of the heart…

We are Inspired! Some of the art that hangs at NU Hub shows fractal images / mandalas, the Geometry of the cosmos… Yes, ever thought of that? Everything has a sound, a colour, a shape, a form even feelings.

In the all & everything, including this… is happening in this one long moment…. Much of what was not apparent (a parent) to us, that which was veiled obscured by the power of “not to be questioned” has & is disappearing.

Much of our Now Age Physicians, Mathematicians, Scientists, Historians, Astro-Biologists etc etc are telling us, showing us, we are fields of light, fields of electromagnetic exchanges… millions & trillions of them! We think, we feel, we choose all the time. Biologically, Physiologically, Biochemically, Mindfully, Subconsciously etc etc… As we now sense emphatically the quickening… in all shapes & guises, feelings, thoughts, colours & sounds in synchronistic expectation we are re-knowing from the practise & in intention of sharing then doing.

This comes if we show patience & respect in our learning & embrace our limitlessness. We will learn to grade our feelings thoughts & deeds, we will self embed what works, we will find it in our repetitions & within them enter (entry) into ourselves & become self aware.

Work on harmonising your electromagnetic exchange on the principle of embedding… like a rose (implosion). Feeling is made of magnetic lines folded non ‘destructively’ so where you are at with yourself is so really important. Self Love equals self ownership, equals love, equals freedom. We can control our energy exchange in the heart, just as we control the lense of our eye.

We can harmonise within and be coherent in emotion – empathy, steering our spectral emissions (plasma fields, Aura) We will change all our world, fractals / time / space is how anything emerges from chaos.

The Rediscover Your Wings workshop was bliss.x.. The room continually filled with radiant blooms of love, and all that it is… as all who attended unfurled their wings & explored, so comfortably with great ease ~ a journey through Alisons Art, accompanied with sound, poetry, ponderings & wonderful experiential tools ~ Within this workshop the potential of your uniqueness to flow through is facilitated by your conscious creative expression.

Beltane Blissings x

The flowers that bloom in the spring tra-la, bring promise of merry sunshine tra-la!!

The first day of May brings summer with it!.. and in solar myth, Sun Father weds to Earth Mother… Weddings!! This initiation begins a great work… May Day is a very favourable and fortuous day! A great day for starting important projects!

See things in a new light, in the summer light… On these days the veils are thinnest, the time of no time… and we can better interface, mingle & unite in festivals of rapturous gayity! Make a garland… dress in bright clothes, build a fire (to cast away), and light a candle, to make a wish & jump over it!..

There’s an old tale, related to Beltane called ‘The Need Fire’.

The Need Fire is a fire, which was kept lit for the whole village. It burnt perpetually, a fire from which all fires in the dwellings of the village were lit.

Once a Year on the eve of Beltane all fires were extinguished including the need fire… The keepers of the flame, then once again through the night collected the 9 sacred woods to make a new need fire. Through this the whole village abilities would blaze afresh through thought and light and new potentials…

So burn up all the old today, it’s time to make your wishes & choices, it time to rejoice & share in new beginnings…

As you know we recently made changes to the network, and if you don’t then its time to take a look around!

This is an amazing opportunity for all of you who really mean it with resolve & intent on connecting in a conscious & positive way… allowing understanding & knowledge to flow… it is truly beautiful to watch it grow… We want this network to continue to be the beacon that it is and burn brighter daily.

Things to remember… human kindness, benevolence, consideration, empathy to link with each other and assist the whole.

We must be ‘rest secure’ in our creative potentials, and not be distracted or swayed by externals… we must stay focussed this is spiritual independence… we should be fearless, there is potency of focus at this time… if you go into your heart & infuse it with loving magnetism, it helps to see what it realistic & what’s not. Allowing us not to get hung up on others passing moods or words or criticism and lose sight.

It’s all about reconstruction, not completely dismantling, it’s about adjustment… You have all you need… Remember! Your choices will shape your future, let your heart & your mind be one.

So, if it’s old dues to be paid, or new dues regenerating, or to reclaim a promise you made to yourself, this is the time of repair…

This is a time to choose to act & move forward again, so go with the quickening & don’t worry if some of it doesn’t make any sense… There’s more speed in the very near future and even more new directions will be thrown up… The willingness to do, to move into is the essence and it is all essential.

Effortlessly Doing

Hi There!!

How mavellous! Everday here as a member of this exciting Network, Hub – Local & Global! Its awesome!!

NU Team have had a whirlwind of a month, but the winds were warm and we remember sitting by the window with the buddha & the lotus… the space at NU Hub where everyone gravitates to.. Flowers arranged, the kettles on… Aroma Oils gently pervade… the Spa & Therapy rooms are ready & sweet harmonies swim out from the piano music in the background… Wu (without) Wei (effort)  don’t you just love it!!

Then whoosh, the door opens… the wedding party, bride, bridesmaids arrive full of nervous, giggly. dizzy energy all here anticipating anxiously smiling.

Then an invisible wonderful magical resonance gathered all surounding… They saw, they heard & smelt, they touched the space & the space touched them…and all flowed naturally efforltlessly.

The Hub provided & shared a special & unique time – How beautiful, a Gift to be a part of!!

 Effortlessly doing, doesn’t mean doing nothing! We must draw breath! Our heart must beat! 

The art of effortless doing requires doing what is natural for you…  So we ask, as we know it is natural for you to

be here… and you stated your intentions to connect – find new ways of working together & make a difference. 

So at this time when ‘worth’ is on most people minds & an ‘attitude of ‘gratitude’ is required more than ever…

Cosmic Gatherings to the Emerald Star

Cindy has just past me a note… “Remember to write a blog to bring us up to date from November to NOW!!”

Really!! Wow!! In the blink of an eye… yes, we are here in the now!!

So, standing in reflection of what has past to bring us to now!! …How amazingly blissed we are…  every day gives us new JOY… how inspired we are by you all in so many ways!!   I can tell you we absolutely have been on, and still are on the biggest project ever!!

Cindy & I have discussed this, lived this, cried & laughed this!! Into an endless, unfolding of love in its many shapes & guises!!   Cherishing, love for the lessons, love for others, love for the work, love for ourselves, which have brought to us, insights & realisations beyond measure!!  Knowing more than ever that our thoughts & beliefs auto pilot our reality…

NU Hub has grown enormously since our beautiful day of sharing at ‘Cosmic’... blissed & blessed to have been able to blend in group energy like this… Love & heartfelt gratitude for all who attended! Sincere thanks for all your support, in empathy, knowing, we were all going through some major changes at that time.  We know that many of you lovely people have made  life changing choices in the last 16 weeks… the overwhelming theme is, & has been ‘gathering’ knowledge, energy, friends.. A coming together as cohesiveness, moving together into new realms – developments – worlds…

Here at NU Hub, Stalybridge with its elevated entrance & beautiful views… its shape has been likened to a ship, which is fab!! As all have that feeling of ‘journey, experience & renewal after being here… So yes, like being on a cruise, with an ambience of love – comfort – beauty… Mmmm just love it ALL!

We have lots of cruises (workshops) planned for 2011… The first set sail with Alison Knox of Everyday Angels who shared The Emerald Star Workshop with us…

A wonderful, gentle, flowing day incorporating colour, sound, word, art, music & verse… and angels of course!!

We were so thrilled to have Alison here with her unique work and music shared by Ian Richmond!  I would love to share an insert from my notes from that day…

“Synchronicity flowed & folded, with friend’s new & old attending.  Old paths, new paths, encircling, surrounding, and woven, into All of Now… As my eyes began to rest upon the art than imbued the whole space it occupied, so perfectly with its presence, Alison overlaid music as accompaniment…  My trailing thoughts subside as a feeling of fresh, lifting ozone swims around the whole of my body…  Within my mind’s eye globes of golden light, a feeling of flight, freedom, & joyous abundant, limitlessness… of self.  Floods of buffeting violet overlays & green, green green…  Entangled, pulsing, gently.  I am cradled, enfolded, safe & smiling… Forever knowing my heart shows me the way it guides & holds me, protects me & if I listen… Sshhh & still my beating heart, & trust… Love, forever, bliss.  I am loved, always… know this, all pervading for ever ever… I breathed this knowing deep for all time”

Cosmic!! What adventures we are all together having!!

What an amazing opening week we have had!  It began with big bunches of flowers & sunshine!

We’ve had the most wonderful support in so many ways on all levels!  The universe sure knows its stuff, were just so filled up with Joy & wonder at how fast this project has come together!! In just 40 days from walking into the building we now have a beautiful beacon, shining with so much love, knowledge & experience… The energy so high as we all together shine, bringing our journeys, a new, as one.

A Golden Opportunity

If you have been reading our blogs, or browsing the network,  you will know, we here at NU have amazing happenings everyday!  A beautiful bright tide bringing many gifts & opportunities our way!

Last Thursday, Anni  was prompted to pick up & read the local newspaper, admittedly not something Anni  does every week, but prompts are prompts!

Within its pages, Anni came across an advertisement, Rooms for Hire, Stalybridge…

Immediatley without hesitation – because a wonderful feeling had begun to weave around us, we called to make an appointment to view..  with no immediate vision as to the outcome, just that wonderful feeling welling up & getting stronger!

The time was set for that evening & as the time drew closer a giddy excitement grew!   Both of us, being guided with camera & measuring tape in hand, we walked down through the town in anticipation…

On arrival, Wayne & Elaine eagerly began to show us around this beautiful facility…  Leading us through reception & up the stairs to the rooms for hire…  Opening the doors to each delightful space,  We were completely in sync & just looked at each other.. We saw within each others eyes that this was a golden opportunity… & in that moment we knew the universe had conspired to bring forth physically a dream we had dreamed for many years!!

A space, a place, where we could share our light, as a collective, with others of our ilk – Kindred Spirits coming together to better the health & wellbeing of our communities, our selves & bring with an open heart our collective knowledge, grace & talents.

Wayne & Elaine left us alone for a while to meander around.  Each step we took, more ideas, more opportunities popped & jumped out so fast… Our smiles ever widening, we took picture after picture, hardly speaking out loud – telegraphing telepathically everything to each other… Thoughts with childlike excitement!  We knew we had to move with the abundant tide of blessing that was upon us.

Wayne & Elaine returned & we said we really would like to state our firm interest & we agreed to let them know by Monday morning for sure… as we knew others had already been & others to view the premises…

We were carried home on a slip stream, discussing the dream we shared… We knew there and then that this was not just for us personally – but for all – For everyone who wished to be involved!!

That night, Cindy had a dream – In it our home was filled with White Lions & Tigers in repose… lounging, yawning, stretching, rolling & purring…  while out of every nook & cranny their offspring, white cubs, tumbled & sprang in playful romp… They came to her, sniffing around, padding softly, while she stood in awe of their wild beauty & strength…

The Universe gave us grounding time, albeit with an exhibition to attend on the Saturday, opening 10am in Selby… Serenity for Mind & Body with Ellen Wray the organiser.   It was absolutely wonderful… 20 attended an experiential talk on our workshops at 11.30 in the morning!!! Both of us doing what we love busily all day long.

On Sunday morning we blogged our exciting news – ‘ A Gift – Cooperation ’ with a picture of a golden phone… within an hour the phones began to ring… with excited interest from wonderful people pledging their support, allowing us to take the next step forward.  The support we received throughout Sunday was enough for us to make that call to Wayne & Elaine on Monday morning… and we are now Naturally U Health & Beauty Hub, a collective of like minded people, working in cooperation, stepping out into a new adventure… Knowing we support one another totally, brings forth, in comfort & ease, our vision.

Mio Shapley, our wonderful friend in Edinburgh, has since revealed to us through Japanese interpretation… When White/Polar Lions & Tigers appear… Courage – Highest Instinct – Honesty – Full Energy – Sincerity – Moving Forward – JOY – Love – Change – Good Omen from long ago – Success is Here – The colour white allows us to bring the tone of any colour we like – Limitless Arrays – Blessings are Here.

So we are now the proud owners of Naturally U Health & Beauty Hub within the Hayloft on Dean Street.  This beautiful state of the art, self-contained facility, situated peacefully between the River Thame & the Huddersfield Canal in the heart of Stalybridge!

300m from the train station, 50m from the main bus terminus & 5 minutes from  Jnc 23 of the M60 orbital.

As you know The Hayloft is an established business in Stalybridge & has been for 12 years. Not only have we acquired this amazing facility, we have also been given full access to their complete existing client base.

Currently within the Hayloft there exists 3 established independant businesses… 2 of which are Hair Salons & the other a fully equipped Fitness Suite…  Now the 4th Naturally U Health & Beauty Hub. This will be run as a cooperative, open 10.00am till 8.00pm / 7 days a week.  Filled with Holistic, Complimentary, Alternative Therapies, Beauty Treatments, Talks, Workshops, Classes, Teaching, Training, Consultations & Sittings… With the cooperation of the existing businesses & our Members, we can offer a complete package to our clients & friends!

We are very aware of the times we are in, and we know that there a many talented qualified individuals out there, just not able to go it alone and take on the burden or the responsibility of running a business by themselves  ….but wish to work, doing what they love… doing what they have trained for, possibily over many years… Here at the Hub, you won’t have to do that alone.  We share your dream & together as one, anything is possible.  We want to bring your knowledge, your heart & your talent to our centre of excellent cooperation.

Stairway to Heaven

Through the Heart the rainbow bridge, through Venus, knowledge turns to wisdom…

What is your heart’s desire?

Don’t try to rationalise it. You will get caught in the lower mind of reason & justification, persuasion & dissuasion.

Through the heart itself, bring forth spiritual will (the higher mind strength).

On a subtle level, love is magnetic energy. Just like electrical current, learn to encourage its flow… the more love flowing through you, the more lovable to yourself & others you become.
It changes the cellular structure of your trillions of little cells… when the flow of this current builds the cells begin to radiate the magnetism.

The flow of love within you changes how you perceive you… and therefore how others perceive you.
The love current will allow you to define which desires are selfish & propagate separateness & which serve the greater good.

We must love ourselves ‘enough’ to love others… Yourself filled first… then radiating out to others… It comes from your magnetised centre.

Many of us in service who are so amazingly guided to give to humanity… but first, look are you loving you. Would you stop now…. immediately & attend to you, could you stop & drop everything else to nurture & feed the beauty of you. As you would for your child, your partner, your friend…
Sadly all too often we put this off, saying ‘later’, not understanding, in disregard of the consequence.

You the generator need attentiveness, encouragement, healing, compassion, love.

During this wonderful time, the connective loving energies of Venus is all pervading, a penetrating vibration. Venus is synthesis through love, unchain yourself from the judgments of the past, refine & re-establish coherent unified desires. Dream with precision, establish & affirm, bring your inner wisdom through forgiveness. Reveal the raw desire lurking under the rationalising.

Focus on loving that part of yourself unconditionally & release the old views; adjust your future vision through the rhythmic waves of potential through heart… Truly encourage these tones within you to grow… feed it daily… TLC… Now look back though new eyes, the outer & the inner…

Listening to the grapevine, the buzz words seems to be ‘Mercury is in Retrograde’…
Mercury is known as the winged messenger. A symbol of ingenuity. The ability to think on our feet… on the spur of the moment. The staff of power Mercury holds is in the shape of a caduceus, an emblem of alchemical and healing powers… With Mercury’s aid we can rise above, change our mind, swiftly… and shows up the power we hold & can weald with our mind. Will, Focus, Intention.

The retrograde can actually work very well for us. Connecting with old friends, exploring possibilities, picking up the threads, once set aside… Revisiting places, in mind and heart… We all, with every heartbeat choose, with every breath . Heart connects us to all memory and all atomic levels… We have the power to choose by virtue of our hearts ability to attract that which is its perfection, its delight!

When you enter into heart, you live & breathe in an eternal field of resonance… and out of the impermanent (unhelpful thoughts, actions and feelings) Human we may be, but in the same moment we are divine consciousness…

Live, Love, Bee – September 2010

Welcome!

August, seeding its way forward… We have eaten the strawberries, the plumbs, the harvest tasted… and the Bee’s so busy.x…

We are lucky to have a Sunday Farmers Market where we are and such a scrummy path to take… The stands full of amazing fayre! One Mr G H Brown of Holmfirth carries some truly wonderful delights… this Sunday, he had with him a frame from his apiary full of Bee’s behind glass… What a joy to see these dazzling creatures up-close & feel their vibrating dance.

Bees communicate through dance, to each other, the direction to gather their fuel which fields to attend to bring home the golden powder. In this time of growing awareness the bee (energy) can & will heal & nourish. Bees aid us in accomplishing the impossible… They are wonderful reminders that no matter how great the dream, there is promise if we pursue it! Bring in the sweet elixir.

The honey combs, hexagons are reminders & symbols of the heart & the sweetness of life propelled energetically through sun to self.

We create our lives, and this occurs every moment, every heartbeat, every choice… Decide Now!

Happiness Hatches in Chorlton ❤

We arrived in Chorlton the sun full out, for a weekend of Melody Love is in the Earth Crystal Healing. It’s a wonderful feeling to return here… We had frequented this little village nearly every week, through my work for 6 years back in the 80’s… and now returning to work (not that I ever see crystals as work!) in reminiscence & gratitude for all that had transpired from this place, Chorlton-Cum-Hardy ‘ Ceolatur-Cum-ArdEu (Saxon) translating ‘ The Settlement of the Ceorls (Freemen) by the Trees near the Water ‘ records go back to 610AD and home to the creation of Chorlton and the Wheelies ;o) Remember Chorlton? The big, bright, bubbly, and bonkers happiness dragon!

Our wonderful weekend began, and everyone gathered in the large bright room of the Astanga Yoga Space… A wonderful group had gathered of all ages with such varied life paths, fabulous! The day just flowed so beautifully, with participants arriving at new perspectives and view points (you know, those that allow clarity) and allowing the choices & changes that are desired.

On Sunday, the window wide open and the sun streaming through, we were visited by a female peacock butterfly, amazing! She came into the room as we were building the sacred geometries of the ‘consciousness array’. She danced around the window like a skater on ice… Butterfly tells us ‘new life from the old one’. What a blissing! Transformation-Love-Fun Joyous times! I was entranced as I watched her glide; all at once she flew down in between the sash window…. Trapped, she fluttered intensely causing a buzzing & a drumming between the window panes… I climbed a chair to rescue this wonderful friend… I put out my hand & scooped her up… She made no movement as I climbed down & offered her the open window, she sat quite still, just gently swaying her antennae. Her delicate wings closed in rest… I whispered ‘Thank You for your visit, but we really should get on with what we are doing you & I’ and with that, she dropped her wings of velvet sepia & displayed her four gold violet eyes. She opened & closed her wings once more, then lifted & flew. Such a precious a moment. You may know, that butterflies have always played a big role in our work with Naturally Universal, and we are truly blessed, this wonderful symbol of rebirth, with a message for all… ‘Make Change when the opportunity arises ‘ and that is exactly what happened this weekend… Metamorphosis for all that were present.

Thank You all again, all who came & blissings to you on your journeys… Shine your light, until we meet once more.

Don’t Get Melancholy, Get Magnificent!

Here with us just when we need it, it comes… Leo & its gift, Fire, dynamic, Solar, Light-Force.

We all have this noble quality, the area where we are the centre, holding court.

Leo, fixed fire… Grounding & stabilising.   We are continuing to work in our new ways.. expanding, smiling.  Remember the way of fire… Combustions!  Which brings release to old patterns, old ways… if centered & mindful.

Be aware of pride and jelous thoughts.. Remember Shine at your best & bring in your harvest!

The element water is low at this time, which means we have to find our feelings, feel connected inwardly.

The importance of August is Value – Power.   We need to work with our gifts, relationships, signs, messages & signals; especially those received late July.   Really! We all know what we truly care about so know in this ‘Sun’ Light there is only you that reigns… Noone can do it but you, this is divine power.  Curse or Bless, Destroy or Allow, Spiritual Force.  know that the power withn your spiritual force ’  is   just   that ‘ 

Know that you need to honour the dark, the Light shines on within.  See your pride, your vanity, your arrogance & your childishness.. Do not feed it.  Bring forth your mindfullness, your willingness, courage, honour, humility & gratitude that you are a Being, Here, Divine, Be-ing.

When your beautiful solar light shines, Love is embodied & capable of changing this world forever.

Over the next 8 days, get deciding what needs finishing up, get things in place & plans in motion… practice… Do the Do!!  Pay if Forward… Remember we emerge.   Mercury is goinf retrograde soon.. slowing all, allowing the kaleidoscopic views, seeing all from those different points of light within.

Be Perceptive, Don’t get melancholy, get magnificent!  Truly Many of our lives are in dynamic movement & the choices that are made will determine your life destiny for a long time to come.

Attentiveness in Emergence

Focus on actions that release energy and potential.

As we move forward in new ways of Be-ing and living, we find new ways to communicate with one another… We are emerging… We have taken our new responsibilities with the maturity of our emergence… and now applying spiritual principles in practice… of heart, integrity & morality.

Now as friends, allies & fellow journeyers, aiding each other as a need for balance ensues & loving corrective actions recalibrates wider group awareness. We can use our inherent knowledge past, present, future, through our communities, our collectiveness. We can find power, grace, and efficiency in our expansion… and this burst of energy shows us how to release what needs releasing.

There are & will be major turning points for many, in our relationships with one another… revelations as to what is working & what is not… With mindfulness & discernment we can pierce through appearances, illuminating that which would pull us off track or prevent us from getting the results we need…. This is a time to stay aware of our needs, our sensitivities, and our protective processes.

You should know that nothing should be taken for granted… and surely expect the unexpected. We need to be more giving of our enthusiasm & gratitude. Intend balance, get centred, avoid reckless behaviour, keep clear of pettiness, and avoid wilfulness that may jam up the gears… keep bringing your excellence forward… we need to get and stay attentive.

When you feel the rising of negativity, if in that moment you can externalise it, if you don’t go there you stop it before it starts. By not saying, not reacting negatively to that which confronts us we demonstrate our heart energy… Apply the formula… Focus, Conscious, Intention resolve to be mindful of your own thoughts, feelings, speech, actions… Then you can observe what moves you and choose your response.

Stay in the light, be mindful, and keep it bright. See a clear road ahead… Get out & about… EnJOY Mother Earth’s bounty & Blessings! Remember, the more grounded & grateful we are the more bliss with rise up to greet us!

The next few weeks offer many turning points as well as challenges, so be alert for those flashes, those messages, and those inspired visions that can shape your future so remarkably.

Through retrospect release and gratitude, energy potential is assembled enabling the expedition of our abundance!

It is known that gratitude will unlock our greatest potential! Gratitude has provided, solutions & gifts. It brings the unexpected into perfect timing. So a Thank You is no small thing!

Plato said, “A grateful mind is a great mind, which eventually attracts itself great things”

Remember, when we feel real Thankfulness there is an emotional energetic rush that accompanies it. It’s like a glow inside, it goes deep. Thankfullness is a powerful. How different would our world be & how would our individual lives be changed collectively if we all became expert in Thank You’s.. If we all practised appreciation.
Maybe that glow inside would ignite as a fire, in the collective heart.. filling it with deep bliss…
The heart where our world can literally be remade. That harmony is here for us all now.. it is here where the adventure expands & expands..

The heart only exists in the here & now & now. As all is being affected by vibrational change, there is so much flux & our whole energetic construct, is collectively moving forward out & away from the old & outmoded, as its destiny breaks up. Love is Eternal – New Moon in Aquarius

The New Moon in Aquarius has set in motion specific energy patterns for the year ahead…

We’re all in this together

This year truly begins on Jan 15th 2010. Astrologically 2010 is far more significant than 2012. This annual solar eclipse will last approx 11mins 7seconds. It will be the longest since 1992 & it will not be exceed or equalled until 3043 that’s 1033 years away, linear time!!

2010 began with an end, and this eclipse transits the end of a 36 month course.
All eclipses shut something down, closing – releasing elements of our lives that are no longer true for us.

We are creating a new reality now & we can take the entire universe with us!
We all need to know this; we are connected frequency & vibration.
We are becoming more complex as the frequency rises. It’s all about what we can do without fear. Everything is consciousness but from what point are you watching?

We are infinite here in this visible light (experienced). We experience through the body mind. Allow the water of Aquarius to clear the path. Allow & understand there is choice.

In this space, void, chasm… This still-point is teaming with possibilities, new life & the opportunity for deprogramming, unlearning what we are programmed to believe. You must reclaim the parts of yourself you lost in servitude. This New Year we are given the greatest gift from the universe…

Luna – Mistress of the night sky blue this eve eclipsed, Released, Rejoiced Renewed.
A new era is here – Liberation… It is a time to live life to the fullest & be an inspiration to others…

The first decade of the 21st century was miraculous but it doesn’t hold a candle to the shift in consciousness that is about to take place!!

There are wonders to behold, & they will unfold day by day, until the patterns of perfection for the new earth are physically manifest.

We are living in a time of momentous change, & though with change can sometimes come uncertainty…. Heart, Honesty, Integrity & Nurturing Self will guide you.

Discernment in the One Long Moment

We posted this some time ago as part of a discussion but got the urge to repost it in the blog.x..

We all have the wonderful gift and personal responsibility to either accept or not; what one reads, hears, perceives, or experiences. It really is that simple, or is it?

The word discernment conveys more than the condition of understanding, because we use our discernment when there is a perception of that which may not be obvious or is obscured. To use one’s discernment contains the added dimension of using knowledge & intuition in a new way, according to each new situation.

Discernment is closely linked with intuition, in fact they are really quite impossible to separate for they are in truth one and the same thing, and afford us the honour and privilege to ‘feel’ whether something is ‘right’ or ‘’wrong’.
Intuition is only discernment and focus. It has nothing to do with spiritual talents, gifts or being able to prophesise. What matters is the ability to hear the truth within you and focus on that.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience & there are keys in ancient knowledge, to allow us to enter states of consciousness… to bring us out of our distortions of reality & deliver our higher purpose.. We are continually reminded that meditation – sitting in silence (preferably daily) is the key to getting back to clear-mindedness and to letting superficial impressions and distorting interpretations die away to reveal the core of perception underlying all. This is fundamental when it comes to discernment. We are all one, & each as important as the other.. No other can fulfil our individual part of the plan… there are tasks that can be completed by no-one else… moving through our thoughts, we must own our knowledge, inherent & learnt. Own it, own our purpose & talents respect the things that we individually achieve.. even though we may not have letters after our names or received awards & accolades. Often when we are trying really hard to carry out the choices of the intelleigent heart, focus is brought around to ones own motives… & sometimes, we may turn away & doubt & mistrust. Everything can be open to the light & where we find duplicity & contradiction, acknowledge & accept this huge power of shadow. Knowledge is power.

Be true seers, when we take up training in inwardness, where the psyche & the cosmos align, all parts of our being can be known to us & used. It is the parts of ourselves that are walled off, that have not been explored or gained access to… Science acknowledges that there exists substance in the universe that cannot be explained; The dark matter which exists in our inner & outer universes which allows things to gravitate & take shape is being explored right now in this one long moment… for example we are just learning about things like Quantum Entanglement… “Entanglement is the possibility to link together two quantum particles – photons of light or atoms, for example – in a special way that makes them effectively two parts of the same entity. You can then separate them as far as you like, and a change in one is instantly reflected in the other”

Some may see that this is all part & parcel of where we are on our journey. In our understanding of the scientific & metaphysical worlds, to polarise these 2 worlds, which may seem opposite opposed, contradictory parts of a whole, whether it be within ourselves, or others will assist us in trying to discern the nature of the universe within & the nature of the universe without.

Discerning individuals may also make use of intuition, or a “gut feeling,”; Thinking with your intuition is really thinking with the knowing mind, (which is beyond thinking) but sometimes, we can become entangled in the limited edition of ourselves… and this can be difficult until one has learned to distinguish true intuition from the distortions of fear, desire, frustration, etc. – all of these emotions, not based in a peaceful heart, can distort perception and intuition; and lack of personal integrity will certainly distort discernment. Another aid for discernment is to pay attention to detail. – are there inconsistencies, contradictions, details that are questionable? Lastly, always remember to require whomever is sending you information, to identify themselves. If they refuse, walk away.

The underlying intention in discernment is of trusting self & feelings. Things that bring that eureka moment, things that bring contentment. We are all able to discern & we all have the free will… There are times when you have to work logically, looking for the answers, our best choice, weighing up the pro and cons. There are times when we have to look at how we have learned through our experiences, hands on or emotionally… Sometimes we need to use discernment by talking with other people, sometimes we will find it through other people theories. When we genuinely seek the truth, or intend to do the right thing, we pass through many gates & hurdles, some with enthusiasm & joy, some with strength & determination, some with tears, some with pain, or resentment.. Recognise these expressions, if we know our own weaknesses, we will know that so often the shadow side our nature is quite often our greatest gift. We need to practise regularly, looking into the shadow, our greatest teacher, there is so much to see through the many facets of our ourselves,, to look at ourselves, in as many different, ways as possible through art, writing, dance, & any other form of creativity; through life experience, archetypes, & intuition & come to know the unseen in a place of trust. We have to notice observe, subjectively & objectively from every angle with love, & recognise, determine differentiate, & perceive, that which may at first be camouflaged becoming clear & recognisable.. .

Everything that you have experienced in every lifetime has culminated in your presence on the planet now! You have chosen to be here at this momentous glorious occasion. Modernity is faced with information overload, increased by orders of magnitude with access to the ever evolving digital electronic network.. & Every individual has his or her own unique filter for information, be it a clarified filter or one clouded by unconscious fears, false beliefs, desires, or any of the fear-based emotions. When we move in rhythm with our heart & breath, this creates harmony, when we are out of rhythm, we fall back into our doubt & chronic woes.. rhythm is the key to equilibrium which brings us back into balance, & into a pose that is not self centered but centered in self awareness.

The spiritual journey is one of continual progress toward clarification of the soul’s purpose. In the sense that all life’s journey presents us with one transitory experience after another, until we one day, or one lifetime, or one aeon, reach the experience of the Absolute, the All-that-Is, which is pure, sentient, creative, intelligent light.

Until that time, we continue on our way, understanding more and more that the interplay of light and forms in our world is designed as a mirror for us, to instruct us in how the appearances are infinitely mutable and subject to creative awareness, applying its collective and individual force. Now, and forever, we create, whether consciously or unconsciously, so be careful, use the intelligence you are endowed with, to its fullest capacity, and above all, stay aware & in your heart.

The Heart knows that We Are One.x..

I would like to share that I am being reminded at this time that we don’t have to beware or be wary, there is nothing to be afraid of… There is nothing that exists which is outside ourselves.x..

Time does not exist… We are here in this new space now, creating it moment by moment & I am in true celebration of it.x..

It is time to be ‘not afraid’ & it’s time to trust, it’s time to love & remember, we are loved & It’s our birth-right!!

We are all one & we are connected to everything, no spaces, lines or gaps…
The universe is one loving being, one spirit, moving through one consciousness.x..

We create through thoughts, feelings, wishes, dreams…
Lack, need, can’t do, Have to heal will just end.
Negativity will be just a memory.x..
